Officers took the operator into custody, and Charlotte Rescue was dispatched to evaluate the patient. Officers identified the operator as Keleigh Boise, age 21, of New Haven. Ms. Boise was transported to the Hospital and later issued a citation for Aggravated Assault, Gross Negligent Operation, and Attempting to Elude.
