Key types of crimes frequently reported as “Immediate Danger or In Progress” include:
- Violent Crimes: Assault (aggravated or gun-related), robbery, murder, sexual assault, and domestic violence.
- Property Crimes: Burglary (residential or nonresidential), motor vehicle theft, carjacking, and arson.
- Other Crimes: Shoplifting, vandalism/criminal damage, and suspicious activity like loitering or prowling.
- Call 911 immediately for emergencies, crimes in progress, or any situation where life or property is at risk.
